How does it work?
Make a ticket in the Tikki app on your iPhone and send its link. The person it's for adds it to their wallet, no app or account needed. When the moment comes, they show it to you and you scan it with Tikki. That's it: it's used, and their wallet shows it.
Where do I get the app?
Tikki is an iPhone app, on the App Store.
Someone gave me a ticket. Do I need the app?
No. Open the link in any browser, on any phone, and add the ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Everything you can do with it works from the link. If you do have Tikki, the link opens there.
Can I make tickets on Android or a computer?
Not yet. Tickets are made in the iPhone app; anyone can receive one.
Is Tikki free?
Yes. You can make up to five tickets a day, plus one batch for up to ten people, with every template, colour and built-in picture, and getting a ticket is always free. Tikki Plus, bought once in the app, lets you make as many as you like and adds your own photo and more fonts, patterns and borders.
Someone else scanned my ticket and nothing happened
Only the person who made a ticket can cash it in, with the Tikki app. Show it to them.
I lost my tickets when I changed phones
Tickets live on the phone they were made on until you sign in with your email in the app, under Sent. Do that on the old phone if you still have it, then sign in with the same email on the new one.
Can I take a ticket back?
Yes, as long as it hasn't been cashed in: open it in the app and choose Cancel this ticket. It stays in their wallet, marked cancelled.
Does Tikki send messages for me?
No. Tickets go from your own phone, through Messages, Mail or wherever you share them. Tikki only ever sends the sign-in link you ask for, and a message when someone asks to cash in a ticket you made.
